Full Service Business Launch Package

Payment Terms

• This package is billed monthly on a recurring basis.

• Payments are due in advance of each service month. All service fees are non-refundable once billed.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and removal of hosted assets until payment is resolved.

Initial Commitment

• A 6-month minimum commitment is required.

• If canceled before the 6-month term ends, all digital assets, websites, and content remain the property of Dab Marketing LLC and may be removed or put on hold.

Ownership of Assets

• For the first 6 months, Dab Marketing LLC retains ownership and administrative control of all created assets, including the website, content, Google Business Profile, social media pages, and software.

• After the 6-month term is complete and account balances are current, ownership of digital assets may be transferred to the client upon request.

• If the client cancels service before the term ends, all assets will remain under Dab Marketing’s control and may be pulled offline.

Website & Hosting

• The package includes 1–5 page website build, hosting, and domain setup.

• Website ownership transfers after the 6-month term and if the account is current.

• Ongoing hosting is included as part of the subscription while active.

Content & SEO

• 20+ monthly social media posts are created and scheduled based on photos and service details provided by the client. Lack of provided materials may delay publishing.

• One SEO-driven blog post per month will be added to the client’s website to help improve local visibility. SEO results are not guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors.

Physical Materials

• Business cards, flyers/door hangers, yard signs, and shirts are replenished every 6 months.

• Items are custom and therefore not returnable. Damaged or defective items will be replaced if reported within 7 business days of delivery with proof of issue.

Group Calls & Training

• Monthly marketing and sales calls are group-based and available by invite only. Recordings may be made available. Dab Marketing LLC is not responsible if a client is unable to attend live.

Cancellations

• After the initial 6-month term, services switch to month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email). Verbal or informal messages are not valid.

• No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations in the middle of a billing cycle.

Subscription Services

• All monthly service fees are non-refundable once billed, as services, website hosting, and digital assets are created and scheduled in advance.

• If a payment is missed or canceled, services (including websites, social media, and hosted assets) may be paused or taken offline until the account is brought current.

Website & Digital Assets

• Websites, content, and digital assets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Ownership of assets transfers only after the 6-month minimum term is complete and the account is paid in full.

• If canceled before the term ends, assets remain property of Dab Marketing LLC and may be removed from public access.

Physical Materials

• Business cards, flyers, yard signs, and shirts are custom printed and non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Damaged or misprinted items will be replaced at no cost if reported within 7 business days of delivery, with photo evidence provided.

Cancellations

• No prorated refunds are given for cancellations made mid-month.

• After the 6-month minimum term, cancellations require 30 days’ written notice to avoid future billing.

Non-Delivery Issues

• If physical marketing materials are lost in shipping, Dab Marketing LLC will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements may be issued at our discretion after the carrier’s investigation.
