  • This policy outlines the terms and expectations for clients enrolled in the Service Business Email Kit — a done-for-you email marketing plan specifically built for service-based professionals.

    Eligibility

    • This plan is available only to clients with an active website built and hosted by us.

    • It is intended for field service businesses such as pressure washing, lawn care, soft washing, painting, and similar trades.

    • Not available for storefronts or eCommerce.

    Payment & Billing

    • Full payment is due at the start of each 30-day email cycle.

    • Plan auto-renews monthly unless canceled in writing with 30 days’ notice.

    Deliverables

    • Includes 2 branded email campaigns per month (e.g., promos, updates, seasonal specials).

    • Campaigns are designed and written for your business, using your branding and voice.

    • Emails are created and sent through the Wix email marketing platform (tied to your website).

    • Reporting and performance feedback are available upon request.

    Content & Setup

    • Client must provide necessary input for promotions or updates at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled send date.

    • If no content is submitted, we will create a seasonal or service-based default campaign.

    • All emails will follow your brand guidelines and can include buttons, booking links, or contact prompts.

    Platform Access

    • The email system is managed via the Wix platform tied to your site.

    • You will have access to view campaign performance and data.

    Cancellations

    • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel.

    • Service will remain active until the end of the final paid billing cycle.

    • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within the current period.

  • Due to the custom nature of our services—including website builds, page add-ons, email marketing, and social media content—all sales are final once work has begun. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital services or content creation under the following guidelines:

    No Returns or Refunds On:

    • Website builds or hosting packages

    • Page add-ons (e.g., FAQ, testimonials, gallery, service-specific pages)

    • Email marketing services or email campaigns

    • Social media content plans (DIY or full-service)

    • Blog writing and SEO packages

    Exceptions:

    • If no work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.

    • In rare cases where an error occurs on our end and cannot be resolved, we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion.

    Quality Guarantee:

    We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to ensure every client is satisfied. If you have concerns, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery so we can address your issue directly.

    Note: Work is considered “started” once we begin strategic planning, content creation, design mockups, or internal resource allocation.
