Custom Orders
All orders are custom-made to the client’s specifications and are non-refundable once placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details prior to submission.
Proofing Responsibility
Dab Marketing LLC is not liable for errors, including but not limited to misspellings, incorrect information, or design details after a concept or proof has been approved. Clients must carefully review all proofs before providing approval.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, proofs, and creative materials are copyrighted and remain the sole property of Dab Marketing LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and constitutes a violation of federal copyright law.
Use of Digital Files
Dab Marketing LLC reserves the right to use digital files, images, and reproductions of completed work for display, publication, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and delivered within 4–5 weeks from the date of design approval. Delivery timelines may vary due to production schedules, vendor availability, or shipping conditions.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Dab Marketing LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

Return & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Custom Orders
All products are custom-made to customer specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once placed.
Proof Approval & Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all measurements, materials, colors, and specifications prior to order submission and proof approval.
Defective or Misprinted Products
If a manufacturing defect or misprint is discovered, customers must notify Dab Marketing LLC within 7 business days of delivery and provide photo evidence. Approved issues will be corrected or replaced at no additional cost.
Order Modifications
Changes may be made only prior to proof approval. Once a proof is approved, no modifications can be made.
Subscription Services

All monthly service fees are non-refundable once billed

Services, hosting, and digital assets are created and scheduled in advance

Missed or canceled payments may result in paused or removed services or hosted assets
Website & Digital Assets

Websites, content, and digital assets are non-refundable and non-returnable

Ownership transfers only after the 6-month minimum term is completed and paid in full

If canceled early, all assets remain the property of Dab Marketing LLC and may be removed from public access
Physical Printed Materials
Business cards, flyers, yard signs, shirts, and printed materials are custom printed and non-refundable.
Damaged or misprinted items will be replaced if reported within 7 business days with photo proof.
Cancellations

No prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

After the 6-month minimum term, 30 days’ written notice is required to stop future billing.
Shipping & Non-Delivery Issues
If physical materials are lost or delayed in shipping, Dab Marketing LLC will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements may be issued at our discretion following the carrier’s investigation.
