  • 30-day check-in. We review results and fine-tune your on-the-ground plan.

 

Timeline:

✅ Design proofs: 2–3 business days after discovery call.
✅ Print production: 3–5 business days after final proof approval.
✅ Shipping: 3–5 business days in the continental U.S.

  • One-Time Package
    The Street-Level Starter Kit is a one-time purchase. It does not include ongoing marketing, design, or consulting services.

    Non-Refundable
    Because each kit is custom-designed and printed for your business, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.

    Turnaround Time
    Typical production and delivery time is 10–14 business days after final design approval. Delays due to shipping carriers or customer design changes may extend this timeframe.

    Design Approval
    All printed materials require customer approval before production. Dab Marketing LLC is not responsible for errors (spelling, contact information, etc.) approved by the customer.

    Revisions
    One round of minor design revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

    Distribution Responsibility
    Flyer, card, and shirt distribution/use is the sole responsibility of the customer. Dab Marketing LLC is not responsible for marketing outcomes or ROI from use of the kit.

  • Custom & Final Sale
    Each Street-Level Starter Kit is made-to-order and customized for your business. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been placed.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery with photo evidence. We will work with our print partners to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

    Design Approval Responsibility
    All designs must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production. Dab Marketing LLC is not responsible for errors (such as misspelled names, incorrect contact information, or logo issues) that were present in the approved design file.

    Non-Delivery Issues
    If your order is lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement orders may be issued at our discretion once the investigation is complete.
