  • Payment Terms

    • This package is billed monthly on a recurring basis.

    • Payments are due in advance of each service month and are non-refundable once billed.

    • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.

    Initial Commitment

    • The plan requires a 6-month minimum commitment.

    • Early cancellation before the 6-month term will result in the forfeiture of all created digital assets and marketing materials.

    Ownership of Assets

    • Dab Marketing LLC retains ownership and control of all created digital assets (Google Business Profile, Facebook Page optimizations, content, graphics, and QuickQuote system access) for the first 6 months.

    • After the 6-month term is completed and account balances are current, ownership of digital assets will be transferred to the client upon request.

    • If service is canceled before 6 months, digital assets and content may be removed or placed on hold.

    Content & Materials

    • 10+ monthly content posts will be created and scheduled based on the contractor-provided photos and service details. Failure to provide photos or information may delay posting.

    • Physical materials (business cards, flyers/door hangers, yard signs, branded shirt) are included and replenished every 6 months. Shipping delays outside Dab Marketing’s control are not guaranteed.

    Live Group Calls

    • Monthly marketing calls and trainings are group-based and available by invite only. Sessions may be recorded for future access. Dab Marketing is not responsible if a client cannot attend live sessions.

  • Subscription Services

    • All monthly service fees are non-refundable once billed, as services and digital assets are created and scheduled in advance.

    • If a payment is missed or canceled, services may be paused until the account is brought current.

    Physical Marketing Materials

    • Physical items (business cards, flyers, yard signs, shirts) are custom printed and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

    • If items arrive damaged or misprinted, a replacement will be issued at no cost when reported within 7 business days of delivery, with photo evidence.

    Digital Assets & Content

    • Content, graphics, and platform optimizations are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for your business.

    • Ownership of assets transfers only after the 6-month minimum term and if the account is paid in full.

    Cancellations

    • No prorated refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.

    • After the 6-month minimum term, cancellations require 30 days’ written notice to avoid future billing.

    Non-Delivery Issues

    • If physical materials are lost in shipping, Dab Marketing LLC will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements may be issued at our discretion after carrier investigation.
