This policy outlines the terms and structure of our DIY content plan designed specifically for service-based professionals looking to manage their own social media with ease and consistency.
Eligibility

This service is intended for field-based service professionals (e.g., pressure washing, landscaping, window cleaning, painting, etc.).

Not available for product-based businesses or storefronts.
Payment & Access

Full payment is required before content delivery.

Each kit is a one-time content pack and does not auto-renew.

Kits are delivered via email as a zipped folder containing all graphics and captions.
Deliverables

A recommended 30-day posting schedule is included to assist with implementation.
Client Requirements

You must provide branding elements (logo, colors, services, and service area) before content is developed.

Turnaround time is 5–7 business days from the time all assets are received.

If no brand assets are supplied, a basic branded version will be created based on your business name and service focus.
Revisions

Minor edits are allowed (up to 2 captions or visual tweaks), requested within 3 business days of delivery.

Additional revision rounds may incur a fee.
Cancellation Policy

Once production has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refund.

If you cancel before content creation has started, a partial refund may be issued minus processing and setup costs.

This service is non-subscription based and will not renew unless you request additional kits.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services—including website builds, page add-ons, email marketing, and social media content—all sales are final once work has begun. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital services or content creation under the following guidelines:

Exceptions:

If no work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.

In rare cases where an error occurs on our end and cannot be resolved, we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion.
