Due to the custom nature of our services—including website builds, page add-ons, email marketing, and social media content—all sales are final once work has begun. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital services or content creation under the following guidelines:

Page add-ons (e.g., FAQ, testimonials, gallery, service-specific pages)

Social media content plans (DIY or full-service)

Exceptions:

If no work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.

In rare cases where an error occurs on our end and cannot be resolved, we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion.
Quality Guarantee:
We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to ensure every client is satisfied. If you have concerns, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery so we can address your issue directly.
Note: Work is considered “started” once we begin strategic planning, content creation, design mockups, or internal resource allocation.

This policy covers the terms of service for clients subscribed to our full-service content creation and posting plan, built specifically for field service professionals.
Eligibility & Platform Access

This plan is for service-based contractors only (e.g., pressure washers, landscapers, soft washers, etc.).

Clients must provide Meta Business Suite access during or after the discovery call. We will assist by phone or email.
Payment Terms

Full payment is due before each 30-day content cycle begins.

The plan auto-renews monthly unless we receive written notice of cancellation with at least 30 days’ notice.

Late payments will pause service until payment is resolved.
Deliverables

Includes 20–25 branded, platform-ready posts per month, written and designed for your services and audience.

Content is scheduled by our team directly to your account—no action required on your part.

Posting frequency may vary slightly depending on engagement insights and scheduling needs.
Client Responsibilities

You must provide all necessary business details, photos, and brand guidelines before the start of service.

If materials are not provided in time, generic or previously supplied content may be used to maintain schedule.

Minor revisions are allowed (up to 2 per cycle) but must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy

30-day written notice is required to cancel.

Service remains active through the end of your final paid cycle.
-
After cancellation, your posting schedule will stop and no new content will be delivered.

Websites or hosting through our company are not affected by social plan cancellations.
