To ensure clarity and maintain professional standards, all service-related work is subject to the following policies:
Service Eligibility

The Web Page Add-On and other service enhancements are available only to clients with an active website built and hosted by us.

Add-ons must be associated with the same domain and brand as the original website project.
Payment

Full payment is required upfront before any new page development or service begins.

Additional invoices will apply if extra revisions or custom integrations beyond the scope are requested.
Turnaround Time

Turnaround for additional web pages is typically 5–10 business days, depending on content complexity and prompt delivery of requested assets (images, service details, etc.).

Delays in client communication or missing materials may extend turnaround times.
Content & Access

Clients must supply all required service information, service lists, and company assets before development begins.

All pages are designed to match the style, branding, and tone of your existing website.
Communication

All project updates, revisions, and approvals will be handled via email or our project dashboard (if applicable).

Clients are responsible for timely responses to maintain delivery timelines.
Cancellations

Once work has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

If you cancel your website hosting with us, your added pages and content will become inaccessible unless transferred within 90 days of cancellation.

Due to the custom nature of our services—including website builds, page add-ons, email marketing, and social media content—all sales are final once work has begun. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital services or content creation under the following guidelines:

If no work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.

In rare cases where an error occurs on our end and cannot be resolved, we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion.
