  • This policy outlines the terms for ongoing SEO blog content creation tailored specifically for service-based contractors.

    Eligibility

    • This plan is available only to clients with an active website built and hosted by us.

    • Designed exclusively for field service businesses such as pressure washers, soft washers, painters, landscapers, and related professionals.

    • Not available for storefronts, manufacturers, or B2B clients.

    Payment & Billing

    • Full payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.

    • The plan includes monthly blog content with built-in SEO strategies for local visibility and lead generation.

    • The subscription renews every 30 days unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

    Deliverables

    • Includes monthly blog posts (volume depends on selected plan — typically 2–4 per month).

    • Each blog is written specifically for your business and service area using SEO-focused keywords, structure, and formatting.

    • Blogs are posted directly to your website, optimized with internal links, meta descriptions, headings, and images.

    Client Responsibilities

    • Clients are encouraged to provide seasonal topics, promotions, or service highlights for inclusion.

    • If no topics are submitted, we will create timely, locally focused content based on your services and region.

    • Turnaround time for new blog content is 5–10 business days per post.

    Hosting & Platform

    • Blogs are built and posted through the same platform as your website (Wix or equivalent, as developed by us).

    • If the website is not hosted by us, this plan cannot be activated.

    Cancellation Policy

    • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel the blog service.

    • Service will continue through the end of the final paid cycle.

    • If hosting is canceled, blog access and posting will also end unless transferred within 90 days.

  • Due to the custom nature of our services—including website builds, page add-ons, email marketing, and social media content—all sales are final once work has begun. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital services or content creation under the following guidelines:

    No Returns or Refunds On:

    • Website builds or hosting packages

    • Page add-ons (e.g., FAQ, testimonials, gallery, service-specific pages)

    • Email marketing services or email campaigns

    • Social media content plans (DIY or full-service)

    • Blog writing and SEO packages

    Exceptions:

    • If no work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.

    • In rare cases where an error occurs on our end and cannot be resolved, we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion.

    Quality Guarantee:

    We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to ensure every client is satisfied. If you have concerns, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery so we can address your issue directly.

    Note: Work is considered “started” once we begin strategic planning, content creation, design mockups, or internal resource allocation.
